About this piece
The "moss-in-snow" (绿夹白) pattern — green patches floating in icy white — is one of jadeite's most distinctive and valued presentations. This hand-carved dragon (龙) pendant shows the pattern to full dramatic effect: the carver has positioned the green within the dragon's scales, making each patch appear intentional and auspicious. The base material is near-glassy translucent white with rich chrome-green veining. Bezel-set in 18k yellow gold with diamond accent on the bail.
