Trust is the product

Real jade. Proven. Or your money back.

Buying jade online means trusting a stranger about a stone you can’t hold. We built this shop to remove that leap of faith — every piece is independently certified, filmed in transmitted light, and backed by a return policy with no catch.

The no-questions return & buyback

Return any piece within 14 days for a full refund — for any reason, or no reason at all. You don’t need to justify it. If it isn’t right, send it back.

We also offer a standing buyback: if you ever want to part with a piece bought from us, we’ll quote you a fair price to take it back. Real jade holds value, and we stand behind that.

[Operator: confirm the exact return window, who pays return shipping, and the buyback terms before launch.]

How we prove every piece is real

“Type A” jadeite is natural and untreated — the only kind worth collecting. Type B has been bleached and resin-filled; Type C is dyed. The difference is thousands of dollars and a lifetime of durability. Here is how we make sure you only ever get Type A.

Independent lab certification

Before a piece is listed, it is tested by an accredited gemological laboratory and graded Type A — natural jadeite with no polymer impregnation or dye. We publish the full certificate, not just a grade.

Transmitted-light video

We film every piece with light passing through it, so you can see the natural texture, the way colour sits in the stone, and the absence of the tell-tale resin glow of treated jade — the same check an appraiser does in person.

Transparent valuation

Each listing shows why it costs what it costs: colour, translucency, texture, size and setting, alongside comparable sales. No mystery markup.

Bought jade somewhere else — a livestream, a market, a friend of a friend? Read our free guide to spotting fake jade and run the checks yourself, no purchase required.

What the certification means

Each piece is graded by an independent gemological laboratory. The certificate confirms the material is natural jadeite jade (Type A) and records its measured properties. We host the certificate image on every product page — you can read it yourself before you buy, and cross-check the certificate number with the issuing lab.

A certificate is not a valuation; it confirms what the stone is, not what it is worth. Value comes from the grade attributes we break down on each listing — colour, translucency, texture, and craftsmanship — which is why we show our pricing reasoning openly.

[Operator: name the specific lab(s) you use here once confirmed, and link to how buyers can verify a certificate number.]

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and answer your questions: your name, contact details, shipping address, and order history. We do not sell your data. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.

[Operator: full privacy policy text to be finalised with your preferred wording and any PDPA-specific disclosures for Singapore.]

Terms of sale

Every piece is one of a kind; once sold, it is gone. Prices are in Singapore dollars. Title passes on full payment. Returns and buyback are governed by the policy at the top of this page.

[Operator: full terms of sale — shipping timelines, insurance, jurisdiction — to be finalised before launch.]
